Our print books are available via Lightning Source. Place 'Print Order' on the subject heading. A purchase order will be send via email to make your selections. We offer a 40% discount, and payment is via Paypal, or cheque. Cheque must accompany a print order form via snail mail. Please allow a 3-4 week advance window for all orders, to be shipped directly to you (US and Canada only.)
